What this covers.

Cookies and similar technologies include browser storage and scripts. This notice describes ipNew's informational website. There is no application login, document upload or payment checkout on these pages.

Country and language preference.

Choosing a country can store an item called `ipnew.preference` in your browser's local storage. It contains the filing-country code and interface language, not your trade mark instructions. The current code sets no automatic expiry. You can remove it in your browser's site-data settings. Country selection remains available if storage is blocked. Clearing the preference does not delete anything already sent through email or a booking form.

Delivery and measurement.

HighLevel/LeadConnector delivers these pages. The website also loads Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website performance. Cloudflare describes this product as privacy-preserving and says it does not collect or use visitors' personal data. Technical requests still reach the providers when you view a page. Meeting button.

The meeting link uses Bitly and then opens the existing ipRenewal scheduling website. No scheduling iframe is embedded in ipNew. When you follow the link, those sites' own storage, technical requests and privacy notices apply. You can contact [email protected] instead of using the meeting link.

Your controls.

You can inspect, block and clear site storage in your browser. Blocking technology may affect a requested feature. The current ipNew preference script does not alter its behavior in response to the older Do Not Track browser signal. This is different from legally required opt-out signals. Reading a policy, browsing, selecting a filing country or booking a meeting does not by itself consent to unrelated tracking or promotional messages. Any future optional tracking requiring consent or an opt-out must have functioning controls before it is activated. This page does not claim that a consent banner or Global Privacy Control integration has already been implemented.
