Scope and operator.

This notice covers ipnew.global, enquiries about ipNew and the meeting link offered on this website. IPRENEWAL (AUST) PTY LTD, ABN 37 668 187 611, operates ipNew and is responsible for its handling of your personal information. Online trade mark intake, document uploads, quote submission and payments have not opened. This notice does not claim that those services are operating.

Information involved.

Visiting the website involves technical information needed to deliver a page, such as an IP address, browser/device details, requested pages and request times. Website providers may handle delivery, security and performance information. If you contact us or book a meeting, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, appointment and enquiry. Country and language choices may be stored on your device. Please do not supply confidential instructions, identity documents or card details through general enquiries.

Why information is used.

We use enquiry and booking information to arrange and conduct the requested discussion, answer your questions, maintain relevant correspondence and handle privacy requests or complaints. Technical information supports website delivery, security and performance. We may also retain information where needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Booking a meeting or reading this notice does not itself consent to unrelated promotional messages, optional tracking or a future legal engagement.

Providers and meeting links.

HighLevel/LeadConnector hosts the marketing pages. A Cloudflare performance-measurement script is present on the website. The meeting button uses a Bitly short link and opens the existing ipRenewal scheduler on site.iprenewal.net. Following that link makes a request to Bitly and the booking service; they may receive technical information and the booking service receives the details you enter. Read the notices displayed there before submitting. We do not load an embedded calendar merely because you visit ipNew. Who can receive information.

Information may be handled by our personnel and providers involved in website delivery, communications and scheduling, and by professional advisers or authorities when needed for a legal obligation or dispute. We do not treat your enquiry as permission to publish your identity, trade mark, testimonial or confidential information. A future instruction requiring an attorney or local agent will identify the intended recipient and purpose before the relevant details are provided.

International handling.

ipNew is operated by an Australian-registered company. Website and scheduling suppliers operate internationally, including in the United States, and information may be handled outside your country. An overseas supplier is not made subject to Australian law simply by this notice. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry. Before accepting confidential application data, we will provide a notice identifying the relevant processing locations, recipients and any required transfer arrangements. The filing country alone does not determine which privacy law protects you.

Retention and protection.

We keep enquiry, appointment and complaint records for as long as needed for their purpose and applicable legal, record-keeping or dispute requirements, then delete or de-identify them where appropriate. Browser preferences remain until you clear them or they are replaced; they do not have an automatic expiry in the current website code. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold; no website or email system can promise absolute security. Deleting browser data does not delete an enquiry or booking already sent. Contact us to request review of those records.

Your choices and requests.

You can browse country information without booking a meeting. You may ask to access or correct information we hold about you, or request deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent where relevant. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law; some records may need to be retained. We may reasonably verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. We will explain a refusal or limitation where the law requires, and respond within the applicable legal period. You may use either English or Hindi for an initial request.

Complaints and contact.

Describe the concern and the outcome you seek, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We will assess the concern and explain our response. You may also contact the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your complaint; in Australia this may be the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). This notice does not restrict your statutory complaint rights.

Updates.

We will publish a dated replacement when these practices change materially. A later website notice does not retrospectively authorise an unrelated use of information. The separate application will need an updated collection notice before it opens.
