About this website.

IPRENEWAL (AUST) PTY LTD, ABN 37 668 187 611, operates ipNew. These terms cover the informational website. They do not activate an application service or replace the terms of an existing ipRenewal matter. Online instructions, quote submissions and payments are opening soon.

Administration and legal advice.

ipNew does not provide legal advice. The planned service receives and organises trade mark instructions and coordinates administration and processing within an agreed scope. Registrability, clearance, ownership strategy, infringement, objections, disputes and other legal questions require appropriately qualified advice. Where an attorney or authorised local agent is involved, their identity, role, scope and engagement terms will be explained before the work is accepted. Inclusion of attorney costs in a combined application price does not itself create that engagement.

No matter or filing by browsing.

Selecting a country, reading information, booking a meeting or sending an enquiry does not lodge a trade mark, secure a priority date, instruct an attorney or create an accepted filing matter. Do not rely on a general enquiry for an urgent deadline. An accepted future matter must have a separately confirmed scope and responsibilities. Payment received and government filing confirmation are different events.

Indicative fees and quotes.

The displayed country fees are planning information. Application fees are shown as one combined price in the stated currency, including the authority fee, any local associate fee and the ipRenewal service fee for the stated filing scope. Australian application prices show both the amount before GST and the amount including GST. Optional calls and future jurisdiction-limited searches have separate prices; these do not constitute a payment request. Applicable taxes, eligibility, exclusions, additional work, the validity of the quote and cancellation/refund arrangements must be confirmed before an order is accepted. We do not authorise a payment by publishing these pages. Other countries use a full-information quote route when that service opens; no payment is collected for a quote request.

Information and outcomes.

Country information is general and requirements may change. Government offices determine examination and registration. No page or meeting guarantees registration, a clearance result, a processing time or worldwide protection. Choosing an interface language does not change your filing country, the applicable fees or the original trade mark wording. Ask us if a translation is unclear; mandatory legal rights are preserved in every language.

Appropriate use and links.

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with it or seek unauthorised access. You may read and retain information for evaluating our service. Website content does not transfer ownership of ipNew branding, software or other protected material. External links, including the meeting scheduler, have their own notices; a link does not create a filing instruction or endorse every statement on that site. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy and Cookie notices. Reading these terms is not optional-cookie or marketing consent.

Your legal rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Any future service agreement, including its cancellation and refund terms, will be supplied before acceptance.
